"Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. I requested a refund through Expedia and was told that the Westin management declined the waiver. Very unsatisfied and will never stay here again during the summer months. Otherwise, front desk staff was friendly and tried...

"The hotel had kind of an odd smell and I did not love that there were trafficking signs listed all over the hotel did not make me feel comfortable traveling my daughter. Especially when we were directed to use the back entrance and there is all sorts of construction going on. Did not go super safe."

"I had a bad experience. We took a room in this hotel because we anter to rest . They gave us a room with an adjacent room divided by a door , the neighbor was noisy and rude, dropping objects, yelling and just making noise until late hours. Why give us this room and not say anything about it ? I will not go back there ."
