A few things that would have worked better for us would have been not to be facing the front of the hotel as we were on a lower floor, you could hear everything happening outside clearly. The windows have no sound proofing. While we stayed, one elevator didn’t work so you had to wait 15-30 minutes during busier times. "Arrived at our 3pm check in time which turned to us getting into our room at 3:50pm. Made us rush to get ready for a concert that started at 6:00pm. Venue was 50 minutes away. Was disappointed in having to wait almost an hour for our room. They didn’t mention on the website there was a 100$ fee for having a pet stay with you. Had to pay that extra. Pet thing may of been my issue as I haven’t hotel stayed with a pet before. Room was clean and decent, staff was nice."

"Clean bed and bathroom. Once you’re inside the hotel it is fine, but the neighborhood is terrible. There drug distribution center close by. Don’t expect to walk around to explore. Take your uber and go. Place is ok for a short stay. I wasn’t expecting much and they delivered what you pay for. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is close to downtown core. Just reasonable price in the crazy hotel market of Toronto. I would stay again if needed."
