"Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. I appreciated the welcome gifts and hospitality from the hosts too. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area."

"60代の夫婦で北Wales観光の際に利用したこのホテル。駐車場が広々としていて、利用しやすかったです。市街の中心部に立地していて、色々なお店に徒歩でも比較的簡単にアクセスできました。 シャワールームにはバスタブが設置されていたので、お湯をはってゆっくりと入浴を楽しめました。 2026年7月の宿泊だったので(Walesでも連日、例年よりも暑い日が続いていました)、部屋の中に小型の扇風機があれば、さらに快適に過ごせたと思います。 ホテルはビリヤード台やゲーム機を備えたバブと同じ建物なので、そこで時間を過ごすのも楽しいでしょう。"

The place is a joy to stay at set in a beautiful area, well located to amenities, very quiet, no noise or hassle from owners, well equipped internally, good internet, easy parking, comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom and great value for money. "We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."

"The hotel was in a great location. Around a 20 minute drive from all the little trips we had planned on our weekend. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The rooms were very clean. A little outdated but clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good too. I would happily stay here again !"

"The location of the property is fantastic. The biggest disappointment was we stayed over a very hot weekend and there was no installed air-conditioning therefore a Mobile Aircon unit was brought to the room but it didn’t work and the room was absolutely sweltering all weekend. We couldn’t sleep during the heat and it spoilt our stay."

"The hotel staff are good especially reception and the gym but the spa which I was looking forward to it Wasn’t great You have to pay extra so my husband couldn’t use the facilities even though I had 3 treatments Which were not great the therapists are only just out of training yet they charge full price I must admit I was lucky with my facial which was excellent But the whole spa experience is not worth the money"
