"We booked the property and minutes after booking we realised we booked the wrong date and attempted to contact Expedia who were no help what's so ever and told us to contact the hotel. After 2 weeks of attempts we contacted the hotel directly and were told we needed to do it through Expedia. When I told them how unhelpful Expedia were the booking was changed. We were concerned however that there was no conformation so we contacted the hotel again who sent us a screen shot of the changed...

"1. Too far from domestic airport to the hotel(not only 10 minutes walk ), also it’s not really safe for female if walking alone at night ( especially go through the car park ) 2. It’s not free If take the shuttle bus $9 per person 3. No shuttle bus service after 4pm"

"Good airport hotel option. Easy check-in and check-out, breaky buffet was ok. Would consider for future near-airport stays."
