There was only one electrical outlet in the room. It was very filthy: toilet paper on the bathroom floor, many chunks of toothpaste on the sink, brown liquid patches on the counter, cigarette burns on the blankets, smelled musty and the pillows were old and worn out.

The location is great and 5 to 6 blocks away from the plaza. There is a cinema behind the hotel and many local restaurants within a block. The hotel is old and the rooms need an upgrade. This hotel does not have an elevator and there is a pub nearby that does not allow you to rest. Buena location como 5 a 6 cuadras cerca de la plaza. Hay un cinema detras del hotel y bastantes restaurant cerca. El hotel es viejo y los cuartos necesitan mantenimiento. El hotel no tiene elevador y hay una disco cerca que no te deja descansar.

Very pleasing
It is for an adventurer who just needs a place to sleep for the night. Everything is good, except: 1. Pillows are too hard, so bring your own or ask for a another. 2. Like other reviews, the walls are then, so not good for a light sleeper. 3. T.v. not easy to use. Everything else is an A+!! Breakfast was included with this great deal. Only 2 blocks away from the historic centre.

El lugar es sucio, el baño es demasiado pequeño y es muy ruidoso. La ventaja es la ubicación ya que está en pleno centro histórico.

El cuarto tenía el baño dentro de la regadera era muy pequeño y tenía muchas cucarachas tanto el baño y en el cuarto, no tenía enchufes disponibles para aparatos

Good location, historic and accessible
Hotel with a great location centrally located. Historic charm within the city. Parking garage is just down the same street at the next block. Plenty of food ,fun and entertainment. Just off the main street but quiet enough with some echos in the hallway.

El hotel está una muy buena ubicación, cerca del mercado y de la catedral. Ideal si requieren de estacionamiento. El edificio es antiguo pero bien cuidado. Ofrecen un desayuno de chilaquiles o huevos al gusto y por $30 más unos hot cakes. El pesonal es amable.

Muy mal, me robaron mi chamarra, llegue al Hotel y me dieron la habitacion 108, salí a realizar un paseo, regrese por la noche y ya no encontre una de mis chamarras que habia dejado dentro de la habitación, la deje cerrada y deje las llaves en la recepción, trate el tema con personal de recepción y no me resolvieron nada, es más que evidente y claro que personal del hotel me robo la chamarra, que triste y lamentable por los que con cariño vamos a visitar morelia, ya no se puede ni confiar en donde te Hospedas.

No me respetaron la reserva ahi en el hotel, porque sobrevendieron y me mandaron a otro y su molestia fue que tuvieron que pagar una diferencia, ya que mi reserva con ellos era una habitacion con dos camas y me estaban dando una habitacion con una sola cama ya que en el hotel Qualitel centro al cual fue que nos mandaron no tenia habitacion con dos camas y tuvieron que darnos dos habitaciones con una cama, lo cual ocasiono la molestia del dueño del hotel plaza morelia Alberto Aguilar por que tuvo que pagar la diferencia

Filthy property . There wasn't water to shower or flush and when there was , it was black. Toilet was blocked. All hallways smelled like urine and staff completely unprofessional and incompetent. This hotel shouldn't be advertised . It's an embarrassment. Onviously we left immediately and bookee another hotel

Gracias por su estancia con nosotros, lamento mucho que no haya sido de su agrado, a pesar de que hicimos todo lo que nos indicó, nuestro personal estuvo atento y cumplió todas sus peticiones, sabemos que hay estándares diferentes en todas las personas.
