"The room was fine, it had a 70’s feel to it and could benefit from some updating. Breakfast was great. "

"All great, apqrt from the fact that it was advertised as free parking. Which is whst i specifically selected in filters, but i had to pay £5 per car (£10 total). Also the address clearly states J30, which took me few miles past the hotel to the said junction, then back on north bound, then few miles to next slip road to go back again, because the hotel is between J31 and J30. After 8 hour journey, this detour was not much of a fun. Other than that, clean, and friendly staff."

"Parking difficult to find and even after calling up it was automated and I ended up parking in a multistory. The hotel itself is very dated. I had stains on my floor and bugs in the room and the shower. Not only this but I was on the 4th floor and had a consistent banging from the elevators throughout the night and was constant. I woke up many times through the night due to this constant noise. Terrible stay and sleep. "

"Overall the hotel and staff were very nice and polite. The only problem we had was at the breakfast on the second morning Soft poached eggs were ordered but after waiting for 15 minutes and reminding staff, they came out like bullets! The rest of the food was quite cold as well "

"No parking . Their own parking across the road was £10 per night. The breakfast let our stay down. The staff repeatedly got the orders wrong and the cooked breakfast was very poor quality. I don’t recommend the vegetarian breakfast. The lamps on the tables need removing as they are at eye level and you can’t see each other! "

"Excellent location. Just near town centre. Clean, bright and spacious rooms. They do free breakfast when you stay with them. The breakfast food was excellent"
