"Well for starters we checked in had to wait for someone at the front desk , when she came from the back room I swear she looked like we just woke her (3 pm) she made us feel like we were bothering her maybe it's her personality I don't know but that's the way we felt, when I went to my room the floor in front of my door had some trash on it figured they were cleaning, later that day the house keeping was outside my room thought for sure they'd pick the little paper trash on the floor but nope, the next day trash still on the floor, that was the least of our concerns, walk into the room toilet was running and wouldn't flush thankfully I only #1 lol I had to take the cover off the tank stick my hand in and adjust the flapper, toilet still wouldn't work, go downstairs to get help the sleepy woman at the front desk says I have to wait for the maintenance guy he says the flapper needs to be changed but he's not gonna change right now so I if it happens again you know how to fix it! Had to take the tank cover off every flush , elevator got stuck with us in it, phone in elevator barely worked couldn't hear what they were saying, sleepy woman acted like it was no big deal us sitting in a hot elevator for 15, I'd sleep in my car before spending money there! Pubic bait on the side of the tub disgusting"
