Make sure you bring an appetite! The accommodation (Sky Lodge) could not be faulted - the advertised pictures accurately represented the quality of the accommodation. Would definitely return!"

"First of all the location is excellent… right in the middle of the rainforest, although the drive up there is not for the faint hearted. My room was very basic, which was expected. The thing I didn’t like was that the door to the deck didn’t seal at all, so when the wind blew at night it rattled the blinds and kept me awake. Parking spots are very tight for even a modest size car. Food options were limited and expensive. If you are not in a self catering unit you run out of choices quickly. I didn’t do too many activities but the e-bike ride and the morning bird watch were great. I did several solo hikes which were also great. The view of the stars at night was stunning."

"Not well located for hiking as the track up Mt Warning seems to be 'permanently' closed for the usual reasons. Chair on balcony broken, hot plate difficult to operate but otherwise ok for the money "

"The Kooralbyn Valley certainly still had remnants of its glory days - it isn't impeccably manicured or polished, and it would be clearly classed as out-dated... And, I LOVED IT! My family + friends with whom we spent the long Easter weekend also share my sentiments. The place felt oh-so-nostalgic and unpretentious. The rooms and amenities are basic and quite clean, the grounds are maintained well enough. The beds are very comfortable, and were made everyday. The permanent staff members welcome you with warm, genuine and friendly smiles, even in passing. Karen at check in was patient and very professional. Tanya, Ri and Jenean at Lilies Restaurant for the buffet breakfast could work the floor with their eyes closed! The small team at the Pavilion Tavern took on an incredibly busy night that Easter Saturday like absolute champions. Foods and drinks are well-presented and served fresh in a timely manner respectively. We also celebrated a 50th birthday, and cakes "management" was made so easy from start to finish at the tavern. Our kids entertained themselves in the pools, play room, driving range and when necessary, with the huge TV in the rooms! The convenience of the little shopping village within walking distance allowed us to enjoy really delicious and authentic Indian foods too. Most in our group are well-travelled as well as acquainted with luxurious stays. Tell you what, enjoyment of this short stay will be a core memory for us all, adults and kids alike."

"What an amazing stay. Everything was absolutely beautiful. Very clean. Food was amazing. Little huts great with amazing views of the surrounding property. Abundance of wild life but the best was that everything from food to pampering was all sourced within Australia. A very happy customer indeed."
