Monument Valley is an awe-inspiring place, especially at sunrise and sunset. To be close to these views, you need to stay at Gouldings or The View. Based on my experience, I would recommend The View hotel.

"Beautiful. Stunning view at the hotel. Clean, new. Spacious. Very nice relax pool and spa. On site snack bar/ restaurant has good food and reasonable prices. I highly recommend for couples or families. There was an outdoor relaxing area with gas grill."
