Hi Melissa, thank you for the feedback. The creekside cabin is a rustic cabin that is marketed as "Rustic" with no private bathroom. Although, there are two separate shared bathhouses available within a close walking distance.

Hi Amanda, I'm so sorry that your experience was not up to your standards. Since your stay, we have installed a permanent AC unit and have sorted out marketing and communication with hotels.com. In response to the elm seed bugs, our property is filled with beautiful, mature elm trees, which unfortunately are a breeding ground for elm seed bugs. They're also very common across Montrose. The week of your stay was especially bad and they're almost impossible to maintain. Since then, they've vanished almost completely from the property. We hope you give us a chance in the future if you ever make it back to Montrose. Thank you!

Hi Hannah, I'm so sorry you had a negative experience staying at our park. As you're aware of, the park is filled with beautiful and mature Elm Trees, which unfortunately come with the downside of Elm Seed bugs. We're doing what we can to address the situation with spraying on a daily basis. In response to the coffee pot, we've addressed this concern with our staff and guests moving forward will not have the same experience. I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback and help us make the park the best it can be. We truly hope you give us a chance in the future.
