Hotel Faubourg Montreal
Front desk was intentionally reluctant to provide some basic service. I found that disappointing because I've stayed there several times in winter 25/26 and I found this hotel quite good. I won't go into details but just ask staff to step it up DO THE JOB properly. One word - pillows.
