"We liked the location, the rooms were clean, staff was very helpful. Liked that the extra bed was already set up once we arrived. The things we did not like were that no shampoo or conditioner were provided, not enough towels, no small hand towels. The bathroom floor and tub are slippery, very slippery. ..."

"It was excellent. Internet was almost always on except for 2 brief periods. The biggest problem was the inability to communicate with anyone the first night & being forced to check into another, more expensive hotel for the night. "This was spectacular! The location into the city was close enough with a car rental. We were easily able to locate this resort from the airport. We are a family of 5 and the Bungalow was perfect!
