"A great heritage building in a great location with competent friendly staff. Room was very good bed was super comfortable. Restaurant was very good as was the selection and eatability of the all menu items we had. There was a smnall hiccup with restaurant timing and failure to advise us of a private function. "Is of course a big far from the city, but the hotel is in great shape, soft towels, clean rooms and spaces. Brakefast is ok, just 10 minutes from the airport and 1 hour from Niagara. I did enjoy my stay"

"Arrived at the hotel and while checking in, it was brought to my attention that we needed a credit card to pay a $200 security deposit, don’t have a credit card as I don’t want any debt! This was a huge issue. Offered to give $500 security deposit cash, refused, offered $1000 refused. Had to spend over £100 on a call to transfer funds to my debit card which resulted in stupid fees and a crappy exchange rate. Ridiculous, not everyone has a credit card. Finally checked in, room for 3 guests. 1...

"The room was very spacious and tidy. Originally we were worried about hearing a lot of noises while on the second floor but we didn't hear much which was great. The beds are comfortable and the shower is nice too. Our issue was with the shuttle. We called for pickup around 9:50pm from terminal 1, the shuttle leaves the Hyatt every hour. We were told they would be there in 10 minutes. By 10:30pm, we still hadn't seen them and so we call again. They said again it would be 10 minutes...it's been 40...

"The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The king suite was very spacious and clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were efficient, and the shuttle between the hotel and the airport was a bonus. Stayed here last year on a layover, and will definitely do so again!"

"Could not control the cooling system in the room, but other than that, the room was fantastic and the pool was an extra bonus. Very spacious to house a lot of people. Nice to have a golf cart to get around, especially down the long hallways."
