"The location is good and it's a charming building inside. The rooms are colorful and pleasantly decorated. Do keep in mind there are winding staircases to get to the rooms. It could be two if you're on the upper floor. Bathrooms were problematic--they were having problems with the water heater and on our last day we were partly without water. Hopefully fixed by now. There is someone at the reception desk only from 8 lam to 2 pm. The rest of the time you're on your own. It was fine for a...

"Smart Hotel Montevideo was perfect for our trip. The location is ideal for exploring the historic parts of the city on foot. The entire hotel, including our room, was spotless. The area around the hotel isn't the prettiest, but it felt safe at all times. The service was top-notch—the young man working at reception (I unfortunately forgot his name) was incredibly helpful and attentive. We could stay here again!"

"En frente de la terminal de ómnibus. Funcional para una corta estadía. Me quedé con ganas de disfrutar el hidromasaje, creo que estaría bueno implementar alguna aplicación para reservar turno o algo similar."

"El recepcionista de la noche es terrible"

"Camas bastante incómodas Toallas percudida La habitación muy pequeña colindante con otro edificio lo que no permitió abrir las cortinas. El encargado del front Desk muy maleducado en el turno de la mañana. No me gustó para nada."

"Excellent location, front desk friendly. Breakfast including excellent."

"The staff was ok but the room and tv poor"

"They were working on the floor I was staying a drilling loude noise and property was full of dirt so I had an allergy reaction also parking very tight not worth it pay other hotel"

"This hotel is nice, but it is super noisy. We could hear ever car and every person that passed on the street. Our room was on the first floor facing the street. The staff was nice and accommodating."

"The dining options are limited, and the restaurant had a limited selection. However, the location was ideal for touring the area with a river view. The room and bath were a bit dated, needs a little upgrading but we well maintained."

"I booked this hotel because was a Holiday Inn, had a pool, fitness center and the photos were lovely. However, This was a horrible stay. The pictures must have been stick photos because they did not accurately describe this place. We left after one night and took a loss on the booking. The rooms were old and the whole place had a gross vibe. I was excited for the pool but the floor it was on was being renovated and there was an awful noxious toxic smell so bad I had to leave. I asked the desk if...

"L’accueil du personnel qui m’a aidé au retour de l’aéroport à 2 heures am à monter mes valises et aussi quand j’ai quitté. Le seul bémol: la télévision ne fonctionnait pas bien."

"All of the above Very noisy"
