Missing remote. The bathroom is nice, but there’s no privacy. Had to request linen for the sofa couch. Room service closed early, we couldn’t order as the time advertised. The massage chair didn’t work, that’s one of the only reasons we booked the room, it just kept beeping and had an error code. The shuttle is never available when you need it for the airport. For pickup from the airport or to the airport. They also lied about the shuttle. It’s been sitting here for an hour. They gave some lame story about a sedan being used etc. See my review on google maps for a picture of the advertised “late menu” for room service. On a good note, the breakfast was a 4, and the service staff there were very helpful.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable we only stayed one night since we took a flight the next day. The water was bit cold and the room got a little warm in the middle of the night, but it was not horrible.

Good stay, shuttle service needs work

Great hotel, shuttle service to airport needs work. If schedule to leave at a specific time they need to let guest know to be downstairs in lobby at least 5 minutes before departure. They waited 15 minutes passed schedule time, delaying other guess, causing undue stress and worry, simply for a lazy guests who didnt feel like waking up on time. It's one thing to make other guests wait at the airport, flights/luggage can delay guess thats understandable but at tje hotel lobby it's unprofessional and shows lack of care for other guest that show up to lobby with plenty of time before thier scheduled departure of the shuttle.
