It was okay but the room was in very bad condition and the bathroom was dirty. No hot water for two days. The receptionist service was nice. A/C is not good in the restaurant. I hope they improve the quality of the bedrooms and bathroom. They don't clean my room 😡

The bed sheets, pillows, and bath towels were always dirty. The staff told us they were stained but clean. The room's walls were dirty. The air conditioning wasn't working properly. There was no telephone in the room, and we had to go down to the front desk every time.

Check out time posted on the door of my room is 13.00 hours, but the front desk says it is 12.00 noon. Bathroom needs some work but was clean and usable. Friendly staff, and in a good location.

the room i gothad stains in the carpet , the restroom had a strong urine smell, and the worse was the bed sheets had yellow stains and loose hair. they changed the room , but it was not much difference from the bother.

Electronic keys did not work for several days, somebody had to open the door for you. A/C is the oldest I have ever seen you cannot set tempertature in a precize manner.

Cleanliness is the main issue at this property. White Towels are grey, some towels look like they were used to clean the floor. Beds smell pretty bad, including bedsheets. The bathroom's curtain is full of mold, it seems they are never washed. Second complain is the elevator, there are two elevators, one is really old, and is barely used due staff recomendation. The main elevator is used by the cleaning ladies making this elevator almost impossible to use specially during the morning (cleaning time), I noticed that these cleaning ladies block the elevator doors withbtheir carts while they are doing something else. The staff is great and helpful and they are always happy. A great plus is the car rental company office on site. The subway, food, movies, and many stores are located in the same block.

The air conditioner in the elevator didn't work. Only one elevator was working and was very slow. the rooms don't have telephone to call the lobby. In the washroom there was a very bad smell the towels were percussed. One day we did't have water at all, I went to the lobby and nobody was there, for a long time Finally we got water but was cold. The soap and the shampoo are really bad In the restaurant the tray for the cutlery was dirty. The TV was on at the restaurant all the time but you could't see anything because somebody didn't cancel what was asked by the TV system. etc, etc. The surroundings of the hotel are dangerous
