Todo es muy bonito solo tiene una cosa mal que el baño está aparte, tienes que salir de la habitación al patio y atravesar un pedazo de patio para llegar al baño

La atención es la peor, no hay recepción y te contestan el teléfono cuando quieren, la señorita del aseo estaba súper enferma y aún asi la tenían trabajando tosiendo todo el tiempo, la encargada jamás se presentó y cuandocla necesité jamás contestó el teléfono. Nunca pudieron prestarme una plancha! Es un lugar deteriorado al cual no le han invertido, desde la propiedad hasta el control de tv sin tapa. Y no tienes estacionamiento ni convenio con ningún estacionamiento. La

La verdad me pareció un precio muy elevado para lo que ofrecían,la llave de mi regadera no servía no salía agua caliente y el flujo de agua era muy escaso, había muchos mosquitos Cuando llegué tardaron mucho para abrirme la puerta y no cuentan con una recepción Sin embargo la persona que nos atendió muy atento y muy amable por ese lado excelente

Cuando llegue a la propiedad al rededor de las 8:00 pm. No encontré a nadie, les estuve llamando a los telefonos y mandando mensajes y nadie respondió, estaba a punto de irme y salio un huésped y fue quien llamo a una persona al interior y me abrio el portón. El joven amable abrio y dijo que los teléfonos los tenía la gerente, y aun es tiempo que no me responde mis WhatsApp. El colchon estaba todo sumido. El agua de la regadera no se iba. (Un dia antes llame para informar mi hora de llegada y me comentó la gerente que sin problema que hasta las 10:00 pm. Habia personal y que pasando de esa hora se cobraban $150 extras)

En realidad no es hotel. Por el precio digamos que está acorde, tiene potencial vintage pero està descuidado. Esta limpio pero no todo funciona: No habìa shampoo en una botella de la ducha, dijeron que limpiarian cada día y no lo hicieron, el control de la televisión no funcionó, lo reporté pero no resolvieron, el ventilador es ruidoso y el clima tira agua en uan de las camas. No hay quien atienda durante el día y no atienden rapidamente por el whatsapp. El personal es amable pero no resuelven los desperfectos. Lástima porque está en una excelente ubicación.

Muy limpio el espacio, excelente atención y fantástica ubicación, cubre todas las necesidades básicas por un buen precio. Lo único malo es el ruido del tráfico pero de ahí en más, excelente. Gracias!

This is not a hotel, it is a hostel and it is not right that it is advertised as a hotel, the room and bathroom were clean, what I did not like, is that you have to share the bathroom with another room. I only saw the person who seems to be the person in charge once, she gave us the key to the gate and the room. Before arriving you have to call a phone number to say what time you arrive but they never answer that phone. It does not have any sign that says hotel and the photo that you put as an advertisement is the back part that is what is with the best view.

The Hotel is in dire need of maintenance. The buildings are falling down and in complete disrepair. The rooms lack hot water and when you sit on the matress you hit the wood below. They are very old. The pillow covers smelled and we're not changed. There's no one to let you in or check you out. The one plus is the staff was nice.
