"Rooms are very loud. The side facing the highway gets traffic noise, and the side facing the beach gets the waves. It wouldn't be so bad if the windows were more soundproof. Speaking of windows, and window coverings, the see-through blinds don't give much privacy. At night with the light on one can see into the rooms completely, not to mention the light from the walkways shines right into the room. Be prepared for ants on countertops in the morning. Two separate rooms had the same issue. The food at the restaurant is superb, fresh ingredients and well prepared. Although delicious, a bit on the pricey side for relatively small portions."

"Nice and clean basic room. Extra towels and blankets would have made it feel homier and more luxurious in a cheap and simple way. But we had enough to make do and it was comfortable."

"This place was a perfect location if you admire and appreciate history. I highly suggest this place for you if your bougie ,it's not for you. Every Tuesday they have the farmers market which is so convenient right downstairs. The staff was friendly we had one incident where we had a couple thing above us that unfortunately did not get along and were yelling depressing throughout the night we let the front desk about this."
