Só temos elogios a serem feitos. Sofremos um acidente de quadriciclo no meio da viagem e a pousada nos ofereceu muito apoio, levou ao hospital, per noite para meu sogro que foi a cidade nos ajudar e muito mais. Atendimento é excelente e diferenciado. O quarto é muito aconchegante.

Perfeito, Voltaremos mais vezes com toda certeza.

Foi uma estadia espetacular! De início a recepcionista super atenciosa, mandou mensagem antes mesmo de iniciar o processo de check-in, após tudo ser bem explicado fomos até o quarto e nos surpreendemos ainda mais, o quarto bem-arrumado, limpo, cheiroso, arejado, sem contar no café da manhã e a vista que era surpreendente. A Pousada é muito tranquila, perfeita para um fim de semana a dois. O atendimento da Paloma é excelente desde antes do check-in até o momento da saída. O café da manhã é servido em uma cesta de piquenique na porta do chalé. Com certeza recomendo o local.

Superou nossas expectativas. Pamela foi muito atenciosa. A estadia foi incrível, tivemos um apoio antes da chegada com algumas informações, chegamos fomos atendido pela família. O chalé está 6 min de carro até o centro principal de Monte Verde. Pela manhã tivemos um ótimo café da manhã bem servido com bastante variedade, ficamos com um chalé com hidro, no quarto tinha algumas cortesias bem bacana, o chalé em si é que nem na foto até mesmo melhor, espaço privativo e compartilhado, com piscina, churrasqueira, chapa de lanche, utensílios de cozinha e mesa de sinuca. Recepção maravilhosa e ótima. Estão de parabéns, irei voltar ❤️

O chale

O local e bonito, O chale e bem pequeno, falta um lugar melhorar para pendurar as roupas.Usando a banheira, depois se for tomar banho a agua fica fria.O cafe da manha nos 2 dias igual e e servido no quarto com horario marcado, o que e bom, assim nao precisa trocar de roupa. Achei cara a diaria pelo que oferece.

Chalé confortável e bem localizado

Chalé muito confortável e limpo. Fica fora da avenida principal da cidade, mas se chega no centrinho em cerca de 5 minutos de carro. A Joelma que cuida da propriedade é extremamente educada e solícita. Café da manhã simples, mas bem servido. No entanto, o chuveiro é elétrico e não a gás (o que não é tão bom com frio intenso) e falta aquecedor nos quartos. Durante a minha viagem fez bastante frio e somente a lareira não deu conta. Fica a sugestão.
