"Temperature control was very inconsistent, either too cold or too warm. Towels thin not standard for a 4 star rated hotel. Lack of storage, 1 closet with a few shelves. Just average. I do feel the view from the room of the Mediterranean was outstanding and room was very spacious."

"The room was clean but the floor could be cleaned better. The cover of the holder of the toilet paper constantly fell down. I wish the private room had a standard bed instead of 4 bunkers. The light on the step from the hallway to the room(Rm 23) is lit a little bit later before a person makes a step. It's dangerous for falling down, especially for the first time. The kitchen has a poor supply of different sizes pots and skillets. In my opinion, boiling/frying two eggs in the pot for 12 eggs is...

"Hotel Ozz is quite close to the main train station (roughly 10 mins walk or less). You can also walk to the beach from the hotel which will take around 20 mins along the main shopping street. There's also coffee, tea, and water available all day long in the communal area. Noted that the hotel provides a microwave for guests to use but no refrigerator nor cooking station. We stayed in a three-bunk bed private room. There was nothing fancy but it was nice and simple as we expected."

"The receptionists are very kind and helpful. At any time I needed something they’d help me. I was surprised the breakfast it’s free so it was a plus. The hostel it’s very close to everything by walking so it’s definitely a good place to stay"
