Great place.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to the beach, and our space was designed in a way that gave us plenty of room. If the weather had been bad, we would have enjoyed staying inside too.

Cute little area to get away from NYC. The property had everything you needed for a summer weekend. Parking on site. Bedrooms all clean and spacious with extra bedding if needed. Yard was also very big and private. I would stay here again.

PROS: Fantastic location - easily walkable to all downtown eateries/bars, shops, and attractions. Very quick check-in which you can begin through an online link they text you in advance. My particular unit (twenty two) was recently renovated and featured stainless steel kitchen appliances, elegant bathroom fixtures, and USB charging ports everywhere. It had an amazing oceanfront view w/ a patio. Also, the a/c’s were very modern with touch sensitive control panels and very quiet operation. CONS: Only two and, again, may only apply to the unit I stayed in. The main one was the mattress was hard as a rock. Not pleasant to sleep on and which was exacerbated by the second issue - the bedroom blinds didn’t do a great job keeping out the light. So, by 7am it was quite bright in the room.

Had a wonderful stay. One bedroom condo was clean and comfortable.At first arrival there was a slight musty smell, but your at the beach so that should be expected. Turned a/c on and it went away. Tiny kitchen but had all necessary items, dishes, pots & pans and utensils Only downside was the staircase to bedroom, & bathroom. A bit steep and narrow. The best part is the Beach Program. Received a text the night before to set up chairs and umbrellas at the beach for you the next day

The room was very nice. The hotel is in a great location. The only thing I didn’t like is the narrow stair is going up so the room wouldn’t work for everybody.
