"The heating wasn’t working on a cold weekend, but they didn’t tell it’s when we checked in and only told us once we complained the second time, and then said it wouldn’t be fixed because it was weekend. The hotel generally looks a bit tired and in need of a refit. Gym & sauna just bland and no quality feeling, a bit of a home made feeling to it. TV in room was skew on wall, espresso machine tray bent. Just not what one expects from a Radisson."

"Our stay at Novotel was okay overall. The hotel was clean, which was a plus, but there were a few disappointments, especially as a family of four. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool because the water was too cold. Breakfast was also very expensive for the quality offered, and we didn’t feel it was worth the price.
