Everything was great, only expected a patio. Not all the rooms have them. The lockers were amazing, parking was excellent. Accessed the lifts out the door and maybe 40 metres. Perfect!

Room showed its age. Pull out sofa bed mattress was but a few inches thick; our 45lb child complained they could feel the metal bed frame through the mattress, so I can’t imagine an adult using it. Property is rundown. Rooms were clean. We had an issue with an upgrade from a double room to a two bedroom suite. Management staff didn’t try to help while IHG made a mistake.
