"Personnel peu aidant. Nous somme venue avec une remorque et puisque nous en avons parler il nous on charger un sur frai. Quand pourtant nous somme rentrer sans problème. Il nous donner la promo à appliquer sur le petit déjeuner mais n'on pas voulu nous laisser monter avec notre déjeuner quand nous avons dit que nous avions un chien. Pourtant raison de plus pour nous laisser monter et dans les autre hôtel nous pouvions le faire . Et la veille on nous a dit qu'on pourrait monter. . Il n'ont pas voulu nous donner la facture car nous avons réserver par expédia. Donc le personnel très déçu. La seul avantage est que il ait just en face et la station deu métro"

"This is a top notch place to stay. Traveling with kids can be frustrating when hotels don't have kitchens or laundry services or much room. This had it all! Location excellent, close to the Metro, and grocery stores. Big apartments for energetic kids to bounce around. The pool was pretty cold so that was a pass for us, but the breakfast was amazing and I really liked being able to do some laundry although there are only two machines. Shout out to the breakfast buffet guy hustling around keeping everything going! and the front desk who gave our son a hot wheel and made his trip. Recommend 1000%"
