"I arrived late in the evening and I was greeted by a staff member who showed me my apartment. I was expecting a small room but was pleasantly surprised to find myself being given a large 2 bedroom apartment that came with a modern shower room and a kitchen plus lounge room! There was air con inside and fans in the bedrooms and lounge room area. Rooms come with clean towels and you get a bottle of mineral water in the fridge, with refills available at the reception area. "The Villa Caballero is a winner. The villas themselves are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is top notch - in fact, I had a knee injury and needed ice and I think the staff went out and purchased gel packs as they seemed brand new and unused. Bravo!!! "Room was huge with huge shower. Everyone was willing to make our stay perfect. Customer service was absolutely excellent. Our flight was supposed to be at 1:00 pm and was delayed until 8:00 pm. Christine was wonderful and allowed us to stay until 3:30-4:00. She was great!!!"
