"Very enjoyable experience staying at the Gondwana Hotel in Noumea. The staff were excellent; friendly, welcoming and helpful. The morning breakfast was enjoyable and the location provided an excellent base from which to explore this lovely part of New Caledonia."

"Sandra, with the aid of Google Translate made us feel welcome and at ease straight away. The cottage we stayed in was quirky, very clean and well-equipped including free WiFi. Local facilities aren't so good, you'll definitely need a car and the local beaches aren't ideal for swimming or snorkelling but there is a pool to lounge in and around. Noumea is about half an hour drive away and there are some museums and things to do there. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there...

"Very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast - wide rsnge of foods. Unfortunately Very difficult to find the hotel, not marked on the main road. I was charged twice - the refund will take up ti 90 days - terrible!"

"What a lovely place to stay. The room was amazing (definitely get the ocean view if you can, it was amazing!), the staff were super friendly and helpful- we had a water pressure issue that was fixed within 24 hours. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!"
