Chaleureux

Hôtel sympathique et accueillant, la cuisine du restaurant est variée et bonne. Le personnel est très gentil et arrangeant. Des activités sont proposées tous les soirs et dans la journée pour occuper les clients (aquagym, tir à l'arc...) L'hôtel est situé au bord de l'océan, les couchés de soleil sont magnifiques.

Fint hotell och otrolig bra personal

Hotellet är inget LYX hotell men absolut värt pengarna man betalar. Personalen är helt fantastiskt underbara och professionella!! Varje morgon startade med ett stort leende när man mötte personalen och slutade alltid med ett stort leende! Vi kommer garanterat att åka dit igen! Vi kan varmt rekommenderar detta hotell.

Tout simplement génial !

Nous avons passé 7 nuits dans cet hôtel et franchement nous avons tout aimé, le personnel est très gentil surtout les personnes qui s'occupent du mini-club. La chambre était plutôt grande et très propre. La dame de nettoyage remettait chaque jour tout en ordre. Nous avions une jolie vue sur l'océan. Nous avons trouvé que le buffet du soir était plutôt varié et il y avait toujours assez. Le directeur était présent et nous demandait souvent comment ça allait. Nous avons été déçus de ne pas rester les 3 nuits de plus que nous avons passées dans un autre hôtel à la fin de notre séjour.

Hotellihuoneet olivat siistit ja palvelu ystävällistä. Hotellin läheisyydessä ei ole edullisia ruokapaikkoja, ja hotellilla oli tarjolla vain buffet-illallinen, ei laisinkaan À la carte-annoksia. Aamupala oli runsas, mutta vaihtelua olisi kaivannut hieman enemmän. Hotellilla järjestettiin joka ilta ohjelmaa (musiikkia, tanssia jne.), musiikki kuului hotellihuoneelle hyvin n. klo: 22 asti, toisinaan nukkumaan mennessä täytyi käyttää korvatulppia.

struttura che si affaccia su una piccola spiaggia

Avevamo letto recensioni positive su questa struttura prima della nostra partenza. Il direttore dell'albergo e sua moglie sono italiani e si sono dimostrati molto gentili nei confronti di tutti gli ospiti. La spiaggia davanti all'albergo è dotata di ombrelloni e lettini ma spostandosi di poco si possono raggiungere spiagge più belle. Da non perdere la macedonia fresca di frutta di Roy e Regina: usciti dall'albergo andate a destra e camminate per circa 300 mt, arriverete ad un chiosco dove potrete mangiare un ottima macedonia.

Chambre bien placée, lit super grand, entretien ménage climatisation petites réparations ++. (Peut être renovation de la plomberie un peu ancienne mais en vacance a Maurice ce n'est pas primordial). Personnel et animateurs adorable. Hotel avec sa piscine et la mer petite structure très sympathique , convivial, calme . Par contre vu sa situation aucune animation et vie a l'extérieur , pas de commerces ni vraiment de restaurants Buffet malgré différents thèmes vraiment peu varié, on reprend les restes pour faire du nouveau mais la salle de restaurant est très agréable. Je recommande pour les personnes voulant calme et repos mais pas pour des jeunes qui voudrait une vie nocturne

This resort has been way better and more fun than a couple of 5 star hotels I have stayed in Mauritius. The service of the hotel was simply amazing and people did go out of their way - the Kids Club people were really friendly, and at least a couple of times volunteered on their own to take care of the little one off hours which wasn't expected. The reception was reasonable with helping book packages, or print out documents when needed. The restaurant was flexible enough to prepare vegetarian food at short notice, and the buffet we tried on 3 nights was lovely. The breakfast was wholesome. The nightly shows on most nights were fully packed and really good fun. One evening, the management recognized key staff members and threw a party - no wonder why the staff was so welcoming. The staff was happy to provide tips for Mauritius and even closeby restaurants when we didn't feel like buffet for the night, and even the store prices in the resort wasn't a rip-off. The pool was nice. The room was okayish furniture, decent sized room, nice balcony and well cleaned. The immediate beach in front wasn't the greatest, but we loved the Mont Choisy beach at a short walk. There is a SPA centre closeby which is good, and a really cheap Indian restaurant next doors if u are bored of the buffet for the day or want to save some money (we were on B&B at a reasonably cheap price so ventured quite a bit outside the resort as well). In summary, great positive experience and fully recommended.

Très belle surprise que je recommande

Nous venons de passer 12 jours dans cet hôtel.Accueil parfait : un petit pot d’accueil, des explications sur l’hôtel et son fonctionnement, possibilités de poser les questions…. La chambre : vue sur le jardin et la mer dans le fonds, super ! Très propre, rien à dire, équipement un peu vieillot (hôtel de 1996) mais ce n’était pas un problème car bien entretenu, une clim qui marche parfaitement, sans bruit…ça mérite d’être souligné, l’entretien quotidien parfait et les serviettes changées tous les jours, même celle prêtée pour la piscine si on le veut. Les structures : 3 restaurants, mais nous avons utilisé plutôt l’immense espace réservé aux buffets. Une piscine normale et largement suffisante, une petite piscine de 20 cm d’eau et 2 jacuzzis qui face à la mer pouvant recevoir 4 personnes. Le tout bien entretenu chaque jour. Et les 2 fonctionnent! Il suffit d’appuyer sur un bouton indépendant. La plage : n’existe pratiquement pas juste devant l’hôtel, mais à 10mn à pieds en se promenant, les belles plages de Mont Choisy d’un côté et de Trou aux Biches de l’autre. La « case nautique » est pauvre en matériel ; j’aurais aimé faire de la planche à voile…les pédalos si on mesure 2m de haut avec des sièges non réglables, pas de paddle non plus, ça aurait été super ! Les buffets : un thème principal différent tous les soirs et sur 12 jours nous n’avons pratiquement jamais mangé pareil. Les buffets petit déjeuner et diner sont suffisamment variés et corrects.

Les activités étaient réduites de part les horaires d'ouverture, et le manque de flexibilité... La cuisine était correcte mais pas forcément au niveau de ce qui pourrait être attendu Le personnel et l'accueil très souriant, de même que les chambres et le jardin de l'hotel, belle piscine Accueil sympathique mais tout de même un peu déçue des pts cités plus haut

Decent hotel on the beach

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel, and enjoyed our sea view room. The room was clean and big enough. The hotel has its own private beach, but the bottom of the sea has a lot of stones. The hotel is located between 2 public beaches so it is easy just to walk to nicer beach ( especially to Trou aux Biches). There are only few restaurants nearby hence you need to go by bus (takes up to 10 minutes and costs approx. 20 rupees) or by taxi (around 300 rupees) to the Grand Baie if you need more attractions. The staff in the hotel is NOT very friendly if you compare to other hotels in Mauritius.
