Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Really, my only concern is that there is no elevator and my room was on the second floor. A nice staff member carried my suitcase up the stairs so it worked out, but the fact that the hotel is not accessible should have been displayed prominently on the booking screen. That way I would have known to ask for a first floor room. But overall a very nice little hotel with a full hot breakfast included.

When we checked in the clerk was so rude, I have no idea why. Then we got into the room and the toilet didn’t flush. However the morning breakfast and staff were all wonderful. For the price, I expected more.

Tub wasn't the cleanest. I had to run water to get hair to run down drain. Didn't drain well-stand in water to ankle during shower. Can there be recycle containers?

Modern updates, air condition could keep room cool. We had a suite. Staff didnt have answers . Didnt want to give us another room . Said hotel was booked but parking lot was half mt. There was .o going out of there way to resolve issue

I'm very sorry you felt this way. The hotel was in fact full last night and we were unable to move you. All our rooms have the same units and with the temp. outside in the 90's with 100% humidity all A/c units are working hard. The the hotel staff did come to the room with a manual thermometer to ensure the A/c was working properly. The air coming from the unit was 40 degrees and she also offered you a fan to help circulate the air better which you refused. Again I'm very sorry you felt we did not try and resolve the issue the best we could.

We will return because we have family in the area, and it's the best hotel option in town. Overcharged at checkin and had to return the next morning for the manager to fix. It is cheaper to book through websites or apps instead of a wedding room block. No elevator. Rooms are clean and mattress comfortable, but sheets are scratchy. Our kids even complained about the feel of the sheets. Breakfast is good. TV in dining area and rooms cut out so bring your tablet.

Hotel was nice and clean but it has one of those BS air conditioners that only run sometimes, not constantly. I also had a set of headphones go missing off the bedside table.

I see you only had housekeeping service 1 day during your stay and we have never had this issue before with the housekeeper. I have asked the housekeeper also checked the lost & found and no one has seen them. I'm very sorry they have been misplaced. If you could reach out and give us a description that would be helpful.
