"Room did not smelled good It was dirty, not everywhere, when they were smudges of something in the bathroom, on the walls and on the night stand The TV was old (not possible to connect your device) Doors really hard to open"

"Good hotel. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Great location to downtown Orangeville. Right beside Boston Pizza, which was convenient when we felt like eating but had already returned to the hotel. Would recommend. The pool looked a little worn, so we didn't swim in it."

"Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank."

"Room was disgusting (carpet not vacummed, beds had stains on them, the room smelled like many people had smoked and they covered it up with harsh cleaning products). My son got trapped in the bathroom because the door frame was out of alignment. I had to shoulder check it open. Good riddance to this motel. Next time we'll sleep in a tent on the side of the road instead."

"Very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast 7-10 but owner was very nice setting it out early as I had to be out by 630. Never did use the pool but area was very nice."

"The home is easy to find and happily situated. Check-in was well planned by the staff and very easy for us. Our room & bath was just as described. Very quiet and safe home and neighborhood. The homemade breakfast was excellent, plenty of fresh food and drink to start the day. The staff was very friendly and kind to us. We would (and have already) highly recommended the home to anyone visiting the area."

"Room was clean, updated, comfortable beds. AC worked well, thermostat controlled. Would have been nice to have some softer flatter pillows as we found the bed pillows were too large and firm for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The drain in the shower was partially blocked. Hence the water was not draining . This is a safety hazard. Plse inform the hotel to clean their drains. I had removed the drain cover and it was filthy black. Was not good."
