"I went to Limpley Stoke Hotel for my son's wedding. They arranged for it at the hotel about 14 weeks ago. The venue was excellent and the wedding, breakfast and evening party went flawlessly. The food was tasty, hot and plentiful. The bar and outside terrace was great, plenty of room to move around, everyone really enjoyed themselves. "It’s a lovely location, aspects of the property are nice, the free car parking was good and the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to queries. The room was nice in terms of having a sitting area and then a bedroom and on suite. However, the property needs to be updated and the cleaning also needs to be more frequent. "The room I got was spacious with to double beds. It quite comfy, but the facilities in the bathroom were a bit out of date. Front staffs were nice, though I almost got heart attack when she forgot to return my credit card back and I had a moment that I thought I lost it. I got it back anyway and staff still helpful."

"I was left somewhat frustrated to pay £16 per head for breakfast for 3 people - total £48. I ordered the larger cooked breakfast and was then asked to pay an extra £6.
