"A lovely room. Light airy with big bathroom, comfy bed, excellent complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits in spacious room, with great view. Breakfast and evening meal all homemade/cooked. High standard and delicious."

"Amazing stay stuff were really friendly. Big thank you to Shaun and Mario who were at the front desk."

"A fantastic hotel in a convenient location to view the city of Bath. The swimming pool and spa facilities are an added bonus. Very helpful staff. Would recommend the breakfast too! Only downside was…there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room. Would definitely stay again if visiting Bath."

"A beautiful place in a perfect location to explore Bath."

"The room I got was spacious with to double beds. It quite comfy, but the facilities in the bathroom were a bit out of date. Front staffs were nice, though I almost got heart attack when she forgot to return my credit card back and I had a moment that I thought I lost it. I got it back anyway and staff still helpful."

"This is a great friendly hotel that majors in service and friendliest approach. Nothing is to much trouble always with a smile"

"Our stay at Windsor Townhouse was absolutely excellent. The accommodation was spotless, welcoming and comfortable, with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! Breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, with a special mention to Victoria and Katriona, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
