"The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel is very nice, it deserves a nice staff not like the existing one."

I was at a 4 star hotel Rosa beach and service was bad and the room was not clean and all 4 stars hotels were booked so i had to book this hotel and it was amazing! receptionist Mohamed was so helpful and the staff of the dining room were 5 stars service and the food was great and different every day too! 5 stars "

"I enjoyed my stay at Palmyra Holidays Resort and Spa. My kids loved the swimming pool and the food at the hotel. What I liked most was the swimming pool filled with sea water. It was fantastic and the view overlooking the beach was amazing! A big Thank you to the receptionists Nora and Hadda, they were extremely helpful! I enjoyed every moment there and I will be back soon!"

"I liked the hotel it was nice and it’s clean and the view was amazing ❤️ the only problem I had was the AC didn’t work but they offered to change the room for me so that’s nice. It’s really local to all monastir and the marina overall the hotel is really nice breakfast lunch and dinner always served buffet style. Really good hotel for the price you pay. "Absolutely negative. Do not stay. The property is old and they have insects crawling over beds/floor. The staff do not care about your concerns. The internet does not work. Ever. They have one unsecure open connection for the whole hotel which only works in the lobby. The staff are rude and do not care about the service. The food is mediocre and the location is in the middle of nowhere. The reception staff and the 'managers' really need to learn customer service. The arrogance is unbelievable....

"I will rate this Hotel 5 stars if the food was good, we had trouble eating as no choices and very limited. Food wasn't that good quality either. Stressed us out as my girl friend was vegetarian and nothing there for her to eat."
