"Arrived on Friday afternoon and received excellent reception from the front desk.there was no toilet spray or any odour controlling mechanism in the bathroom room.left the room at 5am and came back at 12:30 pm.the room was cleaned but without towels,they were only replaced around 13:00.had an issue the aircon that sounded like a petrol fuelled generator which was attended to immediately."

"Many years ago, before the infamous conflagration that destroyed part of the hotel, I stayed there. Also, every Sunday, my family and I would indulge in tea/coffee with fresh scones, cream and strawberry jam. The bar, then, was most charming. "What a great finding! Beautiful design, extremely friendly staff, amazing dinner experience with excellent food, wine and service. Every centimeter of the hotel is designed and thought through. Just a pleasure to watch! The breakfast was feast and the staff extremely attentive. The reception staff went above and beyond when we forgot our jackets in the hotel. They promptly shipped them to our next hotel. That type of service is hard to find these days. Thank you Fusion Team!"

"The guest house didnot offer any breakfast and we had paid for breakfast. The host wasn’t aware of our booking. "

"The self-catering cottages are in an attractive environment. There appears to be an absence of management of the lodge. The gas bottle for the hot plate was empty. There were no towels. The TV was audible but the images were distorted. there was lots of hot water, thankfully."

"Every one was so friendly. Checkin was fast no problems. There was someone to help with luggage. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the chocolate on the bed every day. The food was excellent. I will definitely stay here again. "
