In regard to the train noise Mojave is known for their trains and there Mojave Air and Space Port. We would also like to let you know that we provide complimentary ear plugs upon check in which are location on the front desk counter. We are on a main highway and for these reasons we provide these complimentary ear plugs for our guest. Also, for future reference on booking a room with us directly or a third-party, policies may vary, and prices may also change. This room was booked through a third party with Expedia and was booked as a Pre-Paid Reservation and Non-Refundable. We can see how this can be upsetting and frustrating to you. We completely understand your frustration, but these are the policies that come through Expedia, we are following policy protocols. As for our hotel we also have a policy in place which is as follows: any modification or cancellation need to be done 24 hours prior to check in. We hope you can accept our apology. Guest notified front desk clerk upon check out only that room was not cleaned on 2nd day. Blood was never mentioned and asked if he was getting reward points for his stay. When I checked the housekeeping notes it stated "no service" for that room. Guest was given 3000 reward points for the inconvienence.

First, I would like to inform you that the price it depends on our occupancy, our rates change on a daily basis. Secondly, bed mattress has been replaced recently I do apologies if it wasn't to your comfort. Thirdly, I can understand how frustrating it can be to not have hot water in your room, we would like to know what room number so we can give this matter to the correct department to see where the issue is.
