It involved a long ramp to reception, a loft and some slopy paths and another ramp, so it was accessible but a little long winded to get to our ground floor apartment. "Another nice stay, once again only thing that spoils our stay is the WI FI non existent most of the time, Very busy hotel but in this day & age it should be better, we've been here a few times & they don't improve it,"
