"My family and I stayed the weekend, October 2-4. The morning of Saturday the 3rd, the fire alarm went off and the whole building had to be evacuated. I had to get my 3 young children and our dog out from the top floor. This was very stressful because my children are very young. We had to stand in the rain for almost one hour thinking we were going to lose all of our possessions. This was very stressful for my children. I would like to be recompensated for this."
