"Clean rooms and Great breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Parking was easy."

"La struttura è pulita, accogliente, e i gestori fanno di tutto per farti sentire a tuo agio. Chiedi pure consigli sui locali attorno."

"An absolutely wonderful hotel. The people were extraodinarily gracious, welcoming and relentlessly helpful and kind. The room was oddly shaped, but who cares? The bed was luxuriously comfortable. Breakfast? Incredible? Over-the-top excellent. One note: The hotel is located in a modern, developed and somewhat sterile suburb of Modica, a bit removed from the city itself. Ask the people at the desk to arrange transportation to and from the town with Stefano, a most excellent and thoughtful...

"Struttura adorabile, una villa immersa nel verde. Pulizia, colazione, servizo impeccabili."

"Ottima ubicazione al centro di tutto, nonostante non c'è personale, la mancanza si è sentita veramente poco. Camere molto pulite e una buona cucina condivisa con le altre camere."

"It's a railway (ferrovia) hotel! But it's quiet, clean, reasonably priced and not a bad walk to town. Recommended."

"Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful, gracious and kind. The buffet breakfast was great!"

"Loved this place. Perfect location. Great parking. Wonderful design with lovely thoughtful details. Warm welcome and helpful host. I would absolutely stay again!"

"Peu de chose à faire à Modica. Hôtesse accueillante "

"Rafaela and Giovanni, the Hosts were amazing. They treated us like family. We are totally going back next year!"

"Beautiful location, beautiful view! Our host was super friendly and recommended a wonderful restaurant close by. Breakfast was delicious!"

"We were pleasantly surprised at the area where"

"Giancarlo and Teresa took care of us throughout our trip. The location. Is right on the beach. It is walking distance to both downtown and the Port of Pozzallo. We always choose a second floor room with a patio so we can enjoy a glass of wine while looking over the sea. 11 out of 10 stars!"
