"The shuttle staff were great. While the rooms were clean there is a level of maintenence needed window latches etc also not much use having wall heaters aircon units without controllers. With these issues so.e extra blankets in the wardrobe may have been a consideration."

"Firstly I arrived at 2am after an exhausting 4 day transit and having lost my debit card en route, and was told that my room was only booked for the following day, which was incorrect. Then when I said, fine, do you have another room I can book now? They said yes, so I said, great, just change my booking. They said they could not and wanted my debit card, which I had already told them I had lost. They would not budge. I said please can we sort it out in the morning. No. FInally a guest...
