"The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!"

"Fijne ruime kamer. Fijn dat we buiten openingstijd konden inchecken."

"Alles war in ordnung"

"Alles super."

"Good stay"

"Great place to stay! Spa was great! Hotel staff was incredible. Breakfast was also very good! Would stay again."

The back door was open, though this added a flight of stairs to haul luggage up. Once inside, the dark desk had an un-labeled envelope on it and some signage in german indicating some numbers to call for help. One rang the...
