Food was fabulous, positioned next to the beach was second to none, staff were great, glamping tent was spacious and well appointed and a fantastic price. A very restful stay in ths rain and wind of a typical north Queensland summer. Feeling very happy!😊

Uninterrupted beach view. Beautiful spot. Great bistro with friendly staff. Great pool. Only real issue is second bedroom has no fan and has to be cooled by A/C in living area so doesn’t get real cool. Would be hot in summer. Also travelling with family and second bed wasn’t made up on arrival, it had been assumed that because the booking was for 2 we were a couple, we had to ask for linen and make it ourselves.

I stayed in the Tent Accn… wouldn’t do it again as there’s no bathrooms and the tent was unlockable…. Therefore when I left the tent to use the bathroom and eat dinner I had to lock my valuables in the car… it was a pain in the butt

We had a lovely time. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and well set up. The restaurant and bar were also great - right on the sea front. Some exterior gardens need some work but overall the place was well suited to our needs.

I'll always come back to King Reef, it's in a beautiful location & the accommodation is truly great value for money. Rooms are clean, spacious & comfortable. However, without a doubt it's the friendly & helpful staff that make this place special. The pub is excellent & serves really good fresh food in a prime location on the beach. Highly recommended!

property is a hidden gem, standard suite room was clean and spacious enough for a couple or two adult guests, queen bed was very comfortable with abundance of pillows , WiFi was fast and easily accessible despite the secluded location, amenities were adequate for a two-night stay, parking was close to the room and undercover, property grounds were well kept and maintained particularly the pool and lawns
