"Hotel was clean and in a safe area. Pool was a key feature as it was heated and a decent size. Breakfast not included in rate but avail for $18. Room was quiet and updated. We had an issue with the bed fitted sheets coming off which we reported on day one. Same thing happened on days 2 and 3. Seems the fitted sheets are not king sized. "

"We didn’t get in til quite late and the desk clerk Allison was a bright spot after a long day. The room was great, good bed and pillows and I particularly enjoyed the blackout shades. Breakfast the next morning was great. When my husband saw make your own pancakes he was thrilled. I particularly like the scrambled eggs which tasted fresh instead of powdered, biscuits were good too and thankfully the butter was not a hard frozen lump. A good stay, easy to get to from the airport. We’d definitely come again."

"En este hotel la recepcionista es una persona que se cree la dueña del hotel , no pudimos chequear usando llegamos porque no había nadie para hacer el check in, estuvimos llamando por más de 2 horas a un número para chequear después de horas y nadie nunca contestó, me quedé sin un cuarto donde dormir esa noche tirados en la calle, al otro día cuando llegó y le conté lo sucedido ella misma se ofendió y canceló mi reservación de toda una semana solo porque quiso y su respuesta fue llama a expidia para que te devuelvan tu dinero , ya no tengo cuarto para ti ni porque mi reservación era por 7 días , toda una falta de respecto su compañero de recepción si encontró mi reserva pero ella no me ayudó dar mi cuarto solo por reclamar que en la noche nadie contestó el teléfono de after hours check in , incluso un huésped también tubobeur dormir con su perro en el recepción porque al salir de su cuarto olvidó la llave adentro y no tenía cómo entrar al cuarto "
