"They are doing renovations to update the property. The hot tub dial was not working and only 2 of the jets worked. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will be back again!"

"The workers were nice. The first room 304 was terrible. Took a lil bit but was finally moved into a better room. The building needs updating. The public laundry is cheap in cost but cheaper in quality. The pool and tiki bar is nice but needs to stay open longer. Parking is not great but plenty across the street. Views are great."

"I was pleasantly surprised to find out how nice the Palmetto was considering its low cost. Checking in was an easy process with the help of the friendly staff. Our king sized room with a kitchen was very clean and roomy for two people. The balcony faced the gulf and had two chairs and a small table."
