Staff was super helpful! I had an issue with the first room ~ had chosen a mobility accessible room when I booked and they changed that for me no problem. Breakfast in the hotel was perfect for what I needed and so convenient. It was a great value for the price! Will definitely be back. 😎

The food was reserved not hot bacon not fully cook. The room was not cleaned at all, the were stingy with towels we went and purchased them. The lady at the front desk family came to eat breakfast for free. The water is not HOT and the shower is terrible. Parking was fine but why the lady watch me park like she was weird I guess she was waiting to call a tow truck because you had very little parking. We had to clean the room will never stay here ever.

We may have just had a bad experience. The first room we were assigned was filthy. It had hair and rubber bands for braces all over the counter. There was ice cream still in the fridge and had melted and ran all in the floor. Someone had kissed the mirrors and left lip stick marks. I went to the staff desk and showed pictures and they were very accommodating placing us in a different room. The room was a little cleaner, however it did not meet my expectation. We stayed there anyways, but I will book a different place for next trip.
