"I had a very good stay - the hotel is centrally located and you can walk to various restaurants. I stayed in two rooms - one faced the parking lot: the view was not too nice but it was quiet. The furniture in this room looked a bit dated. On a different day I had a room facing the sea. The view was great but this room also faced the busy street which was a bit loud. "Hostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. "Nice posada style stay outside of Puerto Natales. Excellent value, good service, and an unforgettable view. Close to the airport, you will need a rental or vehicle access to move. Will definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Puerto Natales. The place has a couple of rooms with a shared space and it was truly amazing. Barbara also provided great service!"
