"It is a great property. There is a small hot tub on the second floor. I was thinking it was outside my room. The room was a hot and can not adjust the AC. I did not notified the owner. Everything else was great!"

"We had an amazing stay! Our initial room lacked air conditioning but the staff was very accommodating. We got switched to a beautiful room next day and loved our stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Yes, you can hear the buses honk when they do by but it’s didn’t bother us at all. There are two public beaches a short walk away or you can purchase spaces at a nearby beach clubs for about $20 per person. We decided recommend the residence for families."

"The property itself is beautiful and clean. Very spacious suites. However, it’s quite a walk to get into the Maiori main strip about 15-20 minutes with uphill and stairs. The balcony had great views."

"Overall had a great stay at the Alcione Residence. But if I were to come back I would be selective on which room I choose. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Martina got us checked into our room a little early and shared all the amenities inside of the room with the breathtaking balcony view. Full kitchen with washer and dryer available. "Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Flavio Gioia. The location is perfect to the beach, boats, shopping, dining...everything! And if you're worried about steps, the steps to Villa Flavio Gioia are minimal compared to other locations. Our room was beautiful, complete with kitchenette, fabulous air conditioning, comfortable beds and full-size bathroom. We also had a balcony that overlooked the town and the water which we loved.
