Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Great pool and hot tub!! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Quiet, and all staff were so polite and helpful. Very nice hotel.
