Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Airport Mall of America
Two elevators weren’t working the day we checked in the next morning no elevators were working had to vary our luggage down 5 floors. Elderly people were carrying their luggage down the stairs also with no help from anyone. No hot water to shower in the morning.

Clean room and nice amenities except For pool which was closed. My room ac did not work and it was fixed promptly.
