"Amazing! The hotel and rooms are wonderful. Beds are comfortable and rooms quiet. The location was perfect for us - great things to see and do within walking distance and there were wide ranging types/styles of restaurants to choose from. Of special note is that the staff just make the place! Thank you, Johnny (server) and Jack (sommelier), you absolutely made our evening on Saturday May 9th in The Courtney dining room; engaging, energetic, and knowledgeable. "We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"This locally owned Victoria hotel was all we needed for our Victoria adventure. We were impressed by the quality of the rooms and were immediately assisted with the few needs we had. We had an amazing view, and a roomy 2 bedroom suite with a small kitchenette perfect for our large group.
