"The property overall was fine, lobby area was nice. The room had a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was a disaster! The toilet was situated so close to the shower that it made it very difficult to use unless you were a contortionist."

"The staff and hotel is clean but the room itself is very small. They do not offer any type of coffee maker/tea in the room. Where the hotel is located, the concert venue across the street is so loud. It did not quiet down until 4:00 a.m. every night. Also, when we arrived the air conditioner in our room did not work. They were kind enough to move us."

"Front staff was excellent. Cleaning staff was a 3 star. Gone all day and car back late afternoon to a uncleaned. Asked for them to come back once we left for dinner and while napped they came and knocked 4 times before then."

"Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. We contacted them and waited until midnight and then went to sleep. The next day they said they would fix it while we were gone. When we came back, they said they fixed it. The following day we had a knock on the door of workers to fix it. It was never fixed."

"De’Marcis was outstanding. Greeted us as soon as we entered the lobby from the street. The front desk staff, security, & cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly. The diner had the best food for reasonable prices being in NYC. Would stay again. "

"Great location. Clean, mostly quiet room. For NYC, it was exceptionally quiet at night in terms of street noise. During the day, however, there was disruptive construction noise as they’re renovating the hotel restaurant. I wish I had known. Staff were helpful, room was spacious for the city and clean. Breakfast was a little lacking, but ok."
