"This Hotel/Onsen was very relaxing with nice facilities. The Mikimoto pearl shampoo and body wash that was provided in each room was amazing. The Onsen options was amazing as well the Breakfast and dinners was very high quality and delicious. The shuttle that runs you to the station every hour was very convenient and on time. "The hotel was very small but nice and homey. Seemed very popular among Japanese locals. The lobby and hallways seemed modern. When we got to our room 402, we realized our room was very outdated in comparison to the rest of the hotel. The room itself smelled moldy. There were mold and grime stains in the tiles on the bathroom floor and shower wall. The shower curtain had mold spots and stains. The chairs had ripped fabric."
